Jennifer Breberg Environmental Officer Office Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday Our office is located on the first floor of the Lac qui Parle County Courthouse. The Environmental Office provides the following services: Planning and Zoning · Enforcement of the zoning ordinance and issuance of zoning permits · Variance and conditional use permits · Septic System permit issuance and inspection of newly installed systems (or inspection compliance) Low interest loan program information for installations of ISTS Feedlot Program · Feedlot permit applications · Administration of MPCA Chapter 7020 Feedlot Rules Or Feedlot ordinance compliance · Assist livestock producers in the county (with land application of manure and proper disposal of Animal mortalities Solid and Hazardous Waste · Recycling · Demolition Landfill · Household and Hazardous Waste Disposal Information · Environmental Education |
