Lac qui Parle County’s Solid Waste Management Plan regulates residential and commercial garbage disposal, recycling, and household hazardous waste disposal. Lac qui Parle County provides recycling services and holds special collections for problematic materials such as household hazardous waste, electronics, appliances, tires, bulbs, batteries, holiday lights, and paperwork. These collections are free for LQP County residents, except for small fees to recycle electronic waste, appliances, and tires.
